Ingredients
- 1 lb shaved pastrami
- 1/2 lb Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 2 x tomatoes, minced
- 1 c. veg. oil
- 1/2 head Iceberg lettuce, minced
- 1 x onion, minced fine
- 1 x avocado, thinly sliced
- 8 ounce lowfat sour cream
- 1 doz flour tortillas
Directions
- Over low heat, hot pastrami. In a separate pan, heat oil to 380 degrees.
- Fill tortillas with meat, cheese, and onion. Fry till golden.
- Remove from grease and fill with remaining ingredients. Serve for Sunday brunch.
