Ingredients
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. lard
- 4 c. raisins, grnd
- 8 c. flour
- 10 Large eggs
- 2 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 c. oatmeal
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
Directions
- Cream sugars and lard. Add in Large eggs and mix. Add in raisins and mix. Sift flour, soda, cinnamon and salt. Add in vanilla. Add in oatmeal and stir in. It will be hard to mix together. Roll out on well floured surface. Cut in shapes. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 min.
