Directions

  1. Mix sugar and coconut. Add in HOT mashed potatoes. Mix well. Cool in refrigerator about 15 min. Roll into little balls. Wet hands with water to help roll balls. Refrigerate balls at least 1 hour.In double boiler or possibly microwave, heat chips, chocolate and wax.
  2. Use toothpicks to dip potato balls in chocolate; drop on wax paper. Refrigerate.
  3. Makes about 90 pcs. Tastes just like Mounds candy bar.
