Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Lemon pie filling, NOT instant
  • 1/2 lb Miniature marshmallows
  • 1 can (large) fruit cocktail, liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. Pineapple chunks, liquid removed
  • 1 c. Seedless grapes
  • 1 c. Whipped cream*
  •     Sliced bananas, dipped in lemon juice, for topping

Directions

  1. Prepare pie filling according to package directions; cold. Add in fruit cocktail, pineapple, grapes and marshmallows. Mix well; chill overnight.
  2. Just before serving mix in whipped cream* and top with banana slices
  3. (dipped in lemon juice to prevent browning).
  4. *Whip cream with sugar according to your sweetness preference. Cold Whip may be used.
  5. NOTES : If you want to wimp out and use instant pudding and Cold Whip, it will be OK but VERY sweet.
