Ingredients
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 c. Brown sugar
- 1 c. Molasses
- 1 c. Margarine
- 1Â 1/2 c. Sweet lowfat milk
- 4 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Cloves
- 5 c. Flour
- 2 x Egg whites
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 4 Tbsp. Flour
- 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
- 1Â 1/2 c. Vegetable oil
- 1 lb 10 x sugar
Directions
- Cream shortening,sugar and Large eggs. Add in molasses, lowfat milk and dry ingredents.
- Drop by spoonfuls on baking pan. Bake 350 8-10 min. FILLING: Beat egg whites until stiff. Add in vanilla, flour and lowfat milk. Beat well and add in shortening and sugar. When cookie cools spread filling on two and combine.
