Directions

Have ingredients at room temperature. Add order described by machine manufacturer. Use light setting.
For the Hitachi 101 I hot liquid in microwave for 1 minute before I add in to bread pan.
This made tasty tall loaf.
Other makes of machines may have to adjust ingredients to their specifications. =
