Ingredients
- 3 1/4 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. molasses
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 2 teaspoon soda
Directions
- Heat the molasses in a saucepan. Remove from heat and add in shortening and soda. Add in gradually the flour that has been sifted with the baking pwdr, salt, and ginger. Roll thin and bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 min.
