Ingredients

  • 8 slices old bread (cubed) or possibly 6 c. cool biscuits (crumbled)
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 2 tbsp. butter (melted)
  • 3 tbsp. sugar
  • 3 tbsp. molasses (thick)
  • 2 c. scalded lowfat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Place bread cubes or possibly crumbs in a well greased baking dish. Beat the Large eggs, sugar, molasses and salt together then add in lowfat milk and butter. Pour this mix over the bread.
