Ingredients: 4 x boneless skinless chicken breasts in 1" cubes; 3 Tbsp. grnd black pepper; 2 Tbsp. molasses; 2 Tbsp. spicy brown mustard; 2 Tbsp. bourbon; 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Ingredients

4 x boneless skinless chicken breasts in 1" cubes
3 Tbsp. grnd black pepper
2 Tbsp. molasses
2 Tbsp. spicy brown mustard
2 Tbsp. bourbon
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a plastic bag and marinate 6 to 24 hrs. Remove chicken cubes from bag and put on skewers which have been soaked in water for one hour. Grill, basting with remainder of sauce.
