Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa pwdr
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 5 Tbsp. soy margerine (I use vegetable oil) melted
  • 1 c. cool water
  • 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate bits (optional)

Directions

  1. Using a fork, combine all ingredients except vanilla, oil and vinegar in an 8" square pan. Stir in vanilla, vinegar, oil. Pour water over all.
  2. Stir well.
  3. 350F oven for 30-35 min
