Ingredients
- 1 x Graham Cracker Pie Crust, 9
- Â Â Inch
- 8 ounce Semisweet Chocolate
- 24 ounce Cream Cheese -- softened
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 3 x Large eggs
- 3 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 Tbsp. Instant Coffee
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 c. Heavy Cream
Directions
- Bake crust in bottom of springform pan 8-10 min at 350. Cold crust and grease sides of pan.
- Preheat oven to 450.
- Heat chocolate over low heat. Remove from heat and cold slightly. Cream cheese and sugar together till light and fluffy. Beat in Large eggs and flour.
- Dissolve coffee in 2 Tbsp. warm water. Add in the coffee, melted chocolate, vanilla and cream to the cheese mix and beat till thoroughly blended. Pour mix over crust. Bake for 12 min, turn oven down to 300 and bake for one hour. Turn off the heat, crack the door open and leave the cake in the oven for another hour. Remove from oven and cold.
