1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 dsh Tabasco sauce
4 x English muffins halved, toasted
1 pkt Hollandaise Sauce

Directions

Heat butter in a skillet. Add in the crab meat, grated Large eggs, sherry, lemon juice, Tabasco. Cook till heated through.
Place English muffin half in each serving dish. Cover with crab meat mix. Top with Hollandaise Sauce. Place under broiler till bubbly.
