1 1/2 c. zucchini
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. nuts
3/4 c. butter Crisco
1 pkg. chocolate chips
1 egg
1/2 c. white sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr

Directions

Cream sugar, butter. Beat in egg, vanilla; blend in dry ingredients and zucchini. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop on greased baking sheet by tsp. and flatten with spoon. Bake at 375 degrees for 14-16 min. Makes about 4 dozen.
