Directions

PREPARATION METHOD

Place a pressure cooker pan on flame, add oil.

After it heats up add ginger garlic

paste and saute well.

Then add chopped onion, tomato, carrots, potato, peas and saute.

Now add cumin powder, pepper powder, coriander powder, cloves, cinnamon stick.

You can add green chillies too if you wish.

Mix well and add water with salt.

Close the cooker with a lid and pressure cook for 1 whistle.

Set aside and open after the pressure has released.

Then open the lid and boil for 3 to 5

minutes.

Garnish with mint and coriander leaves.

Serve hot!
