  • 1 carrot – chopped into small pieces
  • 1 capsicum – cut into half inch cubes
  • French beans – 10 (cut into small pieces)
  • Tomato puree – 1/2 cup
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Cooking oil – 3 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
  • GRIND TO A PASTE
  • Onions – 2 (chopped roughly)
  • Garlic flakes – 4
  • Half inch ginger
  • Cloves (laung) – 2
  • Cardamom (chhoti elaichi) – 1
  • Cumin (jeera) powder – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Red chilli powder – 1/2 teaspoon
