  1. Brown sausage, onion and garlic in oil. Remove with slotted spoon and drain. Saute/fry chicken pcs till tender. Add in sausage, onion mix, Large eggs, mustard and basil. Simmer 15 min. Add in cheese, stirring till melted.
  2. Add in all to unbaked pie shell. Cover with top crust, fluting edges. Make small slits in top crust. Bake 375 for 45 min. Let stand 15 min before cutting.
