Ingredients
- 2 x 9-inch pie crusts
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 lb Chicken, cut into 1/2 inch pcs
- 1 lb Bulk sausage, crumbled
- 1/2 c. Minced onion
- 1 x Clove garlic, minced
- 1 c. Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. Dijon mustard
- 2 x Large eggs, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. Basil
Directions
- Brown sausage, onion and garlic in oil. Remove with slotted spoon and drain. Saute/fry chicken pcs till tender. Add in sausage, onion mix, Large eggs, mustard and basil. Simmer 15 min. Add in cheese, stirring till melted.
- Add in all to unbaked pie shell. Cover with top crust, fluting edges. Make small slits in top crust. Bake 375 for 45 min. Let stand 15 min before cutting.
