Ingredients

  • 1 pound turnip greens
  • 1 pound mustard greens
  • 1 pound spinach
  • 1/2 pound salt pork
  • 1 onion, minced
  • Soul food seasoning

Directions

  1. Check greens, pick, throw away discolored leaves and stems. Wash thoroughly. Combine salt pork and water in Dutch oven. Cook about 15 min. Add in greens, onions and seasoning. Cover and simmer over low heat about 1 1/2 to 2 hrs till tender.
