  1. Boil dates, raisins and prunes in 1 c. water for 5 min. Add in butter till melted. Set aside to cold. When cooled, add in Large eggs, soda and vanilla, salt, flour, nuts and spices. Mix well. Spray 7 x 11 inch pan. Pour batter in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min. Cut in bars to serve.
