Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 4 tbsp. cocoa
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 2 c. uncooked quick oats
Directions
- Bring sugar, butter, lowfat milk, cocoa to a boil and boil 1 minute. Remove from heat, immediately add in peanut butter, dissolve. Add in uncooked oats and drop by tsp. onto waxed paper.
