Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Meat grease*
- 1Â 1/2 c. Flour
- Â Â Garlic salt
- Â Â Pepper
- 1 x 8 ounce can evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 c. Water
Directions
- * Chicken fried pour-off with goodies left in is best.
- Heat grease till smokey warm, stirring constantly, and add in sufficient flour till heavy. Add in garlic salt and pepper to taste (sparingly). Brown sauce then turn to lower heat and add in evaporated lowfat milk and water, continuing to stir constantly to get rid of the lumps.
- Cook to desired thickness.
