Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp dried wakame (dried seaweed)
  • 3 tbsp (60g) shiro miso (white miso)
  • 3 cups (720ml) homemade dashi or 3 cups (720ml) water and 1 tsp instant dashi
  • 6 oz (soft tofu) cut into ½ inch cubes
  • 2 green onions, finely sliced
