Minty Malted Coco Mix Recipe

Ingredients

2 c. Chocolate flavored malted lowfat milk pwdr 1/2 c. Whole buttermints 3 c. Nonfat dry lowfat milk pwdr

1/2 c. Non dairy creamer 1/3 c. Sweetened instant cocoa mix

Directions

1. In a covered blender container, mix 1 c. of malted lowfat milk pwdr with mints.
2. Blend till mints are finely minced. Turn in mixing bowl. Add in remaining ingredients. Mix well. Store in airtight container.
3. Makes 6 c. mix.
4. To serve mix 1/4 c. fold in mug with boiling water. Stir well to dissolve mints.
