  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup margarine, melted
  • 1/3 powder sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup Oreo double stuff - mint filling, ground
  • 1/4 cup Andes baking chips
  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (15 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Oreo double stuff - mint filling, ground
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 (16 oz.) cool whip (Extra Creamy), divided
  • 1/2 cup Andes baking chips
  • 5 drops green food coloiring

Directions

  1. Crust: Beat flour, margarine, sugar, salt & cookies together.
  2. Pour 1/2 of crust mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Spread Andes baking chips over the 1st layer, then pour the remaining crust mixture of the baking chips.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
  4. Cool completely.
  5. Filling: Beat cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk & lemon juice together until creamy. Add eggs, cookies, syrup & vanilla extract. Fold in half of cool whip & mix until blended.
  6. Spread over crust layer.
  7. Topping: Mix the remaining half of cool whip, Andes baking chips & green food coloring until blended.
  8. Decorate.
