Mint Chocolate Brownie Pie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 15 ounce Pack all ready pie crusts
  • 1 tsp Flour
  • 1 c. Semi sweet mint chocolate
  •     Chips
  • 15 ounce Pack fudge brownie mix
  • 1/3 c. Water
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 ounce (1 square) melted chocolate
  • 1 pt Softened vanilla ice cream

Directions

  1. Prepare pie crust according to pack directions for filled one crust pie using 9" pie pan. Heat oven to 375. Sprinkle mint chips over bottom of pie pan. In med bowl, combine brownie mix, water, egg & melted chocolate; beat 50 strokes with spoon. Spread over chips. Bake at 375 for 35 to 42 min or possibly till crust is golden. Serve hot with ice cream.
