Ingredients

  • Butter- 1/2 cup
  • Sugar- 1 1/4 cup plus 2 tsp
  • Egg-1
  • Flour-2 cups
  • Baking powder-2 tsp
  • Salt-1/2 tsp
  • Orange Sugar-1 tbsp (rub orange zest into vanilla sugar, and let it dry in a very low oven adapted from here).
  • Milk-1/2 cup
  • Strawberries-2 cups
