  1. Combine water and butter in saucepan, bring to a boil. Add in salt, flour all at once, stir till mix forms a ball. Remove from heat, beat in 1 egg at a time, beating well till mix is like velvet. Chill mix one hour. Place 1 tsp. on lightly greased cookie sheet, mound with tip of spoon. Bake 400 degrees for 15 to 18 min till brown (they will sound hollow when tapped with spoon). Cold, cut off tops and fill, then replace tops.
