%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMini%20Cinnamon%20Sugar%20Donut%20Muffins%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAn%20easy%20recipe%20for%20warm,%20melt%20in%20your%20mouth%20Mini%20Cinnamon%20Sugar%20Donut%20Muffins%20that%20are%20super%20simple%20to%20make%20and%20taste%20just%20like%20a%20cinnamon%20sugar%20donut!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIf%20there%20is%20one%20recipe%20I%20really,%20really%20want%20you%20to%20try%20this%20week%20it%E2%80%99s%20these%20amazing%20Mini%20Cinnamon%20Sugar%20Donut%20Muffins!%20They%E2%80%99re%20irresistible!%20Words%20cannot%20describe%20how%20good%20these%20are!%20Not%20only%20are%20these%20tasty%20little%20bites%20of%20goodness%20beyond%20words%20but%20they%20are%20so%20easy%20too!%20I%20bet%20you%20already%20have%20all%20the%20ingredients%20you%20need%20to%20make%20these%20on%20hand.%20They%20literally%20take%20minutes%20to%20make,%20about%2015%20minutes%20to%20bake%20and%20about%202%20minutes%20to%20devour!%20Be%20warned,%20once%20you%20try%20one%20of%20these%20mini%20muffins%20you%20won%E2%80%99t%20be%20able%20to%20stop%20eating%20them!%20So%20pour%20yourself%20a%20tall%20glass%20of%20milk%20and%20prepare%20yourself%20to%20fall%20in%20love%20with%20these%20little%20guys.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThese%20Mini%20Cinnamon%20Sugar%20Donut%20Muffins%20are%20soft,%20chewy%20just%20like%20a%20donut%20except%20they%E2%80%99re%20baked!%20I%20was%20inspired%20to%20make%20these%20delicious%20donuts%20from%20a%20local%20donut%20company%20that%20makes%20the%20most%20amazing%20donuts.%20I%20see%20them%20all%20around%20town%20at%20craft%20shows%20and%20farmers%20markets.%20Recently%20when%20Mr.%20Mother%20Thyme%20and%20I%20were%20at%20a%20craft%20show%20on%20a%20little%20date%20night%20we%20had%20a%20chance%20to%20try%20these%20donuts.%20The%20funny%20thing%20is%20at%20first%20we%20actually%20just%20got%20one%20of%20each%20kind%20of%20donut%20they%20were%20serving%20which%20was%20a%20cinnamon%20sugar%20and%20an%20apple%20flavored%20donut.%20When%20I%20took%20a%20bite%20of%20these%20donuts%20I%20literally%20got%20weak%20in%20the%20knees.%20No%20joke!%20They%20were%20soft,%20warm%20and%20just%20amazing.%20We%20literally%20turned%20right%20back%20around%20and%20went%20back%20to%20their%20booth%20and%20grabbed%20some%20more%20to%20take%20home.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESince%20then%20I%E2%80%99ve%20dreamed%20about%20these%20donuts!%20They%E2%80%99re%20so%20simple%20but%20they%E2%80%99re%20so%20good!%20Nothing%20beats%20a%20warm,%20fresh%20donut%20and%20these%20Mini%20Cinnamon%20Sugar%20Donut%20Muffins%20are%20the%20next%20best%20thing%20and%20honestly%20I%20think%20maybe%20even%20better!%20I%20totally%20recommend%20serving%20these%20donuts%20warm!%20After%20they%20come%20out%20of%20the%20oven%20let%20them%20cool%20for%20a%20few%20minutes%20until%20they%E2%80%99re%20cool%20enough%20to%20touch%20then%20dip%20them%20in%20melted%20butter%20and%20toss%20them%20in%20a%20cinnamon%20sugar%20mixture%20and%20serve%20immediately%20with%20a%20tall%20glass%20of%20milk!%20If%20you%20can%E2%80%99t%20serve%20them%20fresh%20out%20of%20the%20oven%20that%E2%80%99s%20totally%20fine.%20Just%20pop%20them%20in%20the%20microwave%20for%20just%20a%20few%20seconds%20to%20warm%20them%20up%20or%20they%E2%80%99re%20just%20as%20good%20at%20room%20temperature!%20Warm%20or%20cold%20these%20will%20become%20a%20family%20favorite%20for%20sure!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMini%20Cinnamon%20Sugar%20Donut%20Muffins%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIngredients%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EInstructions%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPreheat%20oven%20to%20375%20degrees.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EGenerously%20spray%20a%2024%20cup%20mini%20muffin%20pan%20with%20cooking%20spray%20and%20set%20aside.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20a%20large%20bowl%20mix%20together%20flour,%20sugar%20and%20baking%20powder.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMake%20a%20well%20in%20the%20center%20of%20flour%20mixture%20and%20add%20buttermilk,%20milk,%20melted%20butter%20and%20vanilla%20extract.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EStir%20ingredients%20together%20until%20combined.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EScoop%20batter%20evenly%20into%20prepared%20muffin%20tin.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBake%20on%20the%20center%20rack%20of%20a%20preheated%20oven%20for%2015-20%20minutes%20until%20bottoms%20of%20muffins%20are%20golden%20brown%20a%20cake%20tester%20inserted%20into%20the%20center%20comes%20out%20clean.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAllow%20to%20cool%20for%20about%205%20minutes%20until%20cool%20enough%20to%20touch.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETopping%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPour%20melted%20butter%20in%20a%20small%20bowl.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20another%20small%20bowl%20mix%20together%20sugar%20and%20cinnamon.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhile%20muffins%20are%20still%20warm%20dip%20muffins%20in%20melted%20butter%20then%20toss%20to%20muffins%20in%20cinnamon%20sugar%20mixture%20then%20transfer%20to%20a%20cooling%20rack%20or%20plate.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERecipe%20Notes%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETry%20serving%20these%20muffins%20warm%20right%20after%20they%20are%20tossed%20in%20the%20cinnamon%20sugar!%20They're%20delicious!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20usually%20bake%20these%20for%2017%20minutes.%20Every%20offer%20differs%20so%20check%20them%20at%2015%20minutes%
