  1. Cream butter and sugar till light in large mixer bowl. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Blend in mincemeat and vanilla.
  2. Stir together flour, baking pwdr, baking soda, salt and spices. Add in dry ingredients to creamed mix alternately with e. lowfat milk, combining lightly after each addition. Stir in nuts. Turn batter into greased 12 c. Bundt pan or possibly 10-inch tube pan. Bake in 350 oven 55 to 60 min. Cold in pan 10 minutes. remove from pan. Cold completely. Frost with Brandy Glaze
  3. Brandy Glaze: Combine 1 1/2 c. sifted icing sugar and 1 1/2 TB brandy or possibly lowfat milk till smooth.
