Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 3 tbsp. shortening, melted and cooled
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. mincemeat
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
Directions
- Sift dry ingredients into a bowl. In a smaller bowl combine Large eggs, shortening, and vanilla. Stir in mincemeat and nuts. Pour into dry ingredients and stir sufficient only to moisten flour.
