Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can chicken soup
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice long grain with herbs
  • 4 uncooked chicken breasts
  • 3 ounce. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 c. cooking sherry
  • 3 ounce. or possibly less slivered almonds

Directions

  1. Mix both cans of soup and put half in bottom of a baking dish. Slice the 1/2 stick of butter over the soup. Add in package of rice on top of soup. Add in chicken breasts. Top with remaining soup. Sprinkle cheese on top along with sherry and almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
