  • 16 Miniature Milky Way Bars (about 15 ounces total)
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 4 eggs
  • 1-teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ¼ cups buttermilk
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • Milk Chocolate Frosting
  • Cocoa powder (for dusting the pan)
  • For the Frosting:
  • 2 ½ cups sugar
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 6 ounces semisweet chocolate pieces
  • 1 cup marshmallow cream
  • Milk (only if needed)
