35 gm margarine
2 Tbsp. cocoa

112 gm icing sugar sieved
5 tsp warm lowfat milk or possibly evapourated lowfat milk

Directions

MethodI Heat rnargarine in saucepan blend in cocoa and stir in icing sugar lowfat milk and essence 2 Beat till smooth and thick3 Use as required
Sufficient filling to coat and fill 1 x 8in/240mm sandwich cake
