  1. Into a saucepan place orange juice, oregano, garlic pwdr, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, orange peel, marmalade and sherry/brandy. Heat and add in cornstarch to thicken. Bake in a covered baking dish for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve. Best served with rice.
