  1. Mix row. Should stuff 6 medium peppers.
  2. SAUCE: Dilute 1 can of tomato paste with 3 1/2 cans of water and place in large pan on top of stove. Arrange the 6 stuffed peppers in sauce and cook (simmer covered) on top of stove for 1 hour.
  3. Meanwhile, mix: 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr Spearmint leaves
  4. Add in to the sauce and continue to cook for 1/2 hour more, basting occasionally.
