Ingredients

  • Salad
  • 6 c. fresh spinach leaves, washed, stemmed and torn
  • 1 1/4 c. (1 medium) unpeeled, minced red apple
  • 1/4 c. raisins
  • 2 Tbsp. sliced green onion Dressing
  • 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp minced Chutney
  • 3/4 tsp curry pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions

  1. FOR SALAD: COMBINE spinach, apple, raisins and green onion in large bowl; chill for 5 min. FOR DRESSING: COMBINE vegetable oil, vinegar, chutney, curry pwdr, mustard and salt in small bowl. Pour over salad; toss well to coat.
