Microwaved Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean grnd beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. finely minced onion
  • 2 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

Directions

  1. Combine grnd beef, egg, bread crumbs, 1/4 c. lowfat milk, onion, parsley, salt, allspice, and pepper. Shape into 1/4-inch meatballs (about 30) and arrange in oblong baking dish. Cover lightly with wax paper. cook at medium power for 9-10 min. Stir once halfway through.
  2. Blend soup with remaining lowfat milk. Pour over meatballs; stir lightly to coat. Heat covered with wax paper 4 min or possibly till heated through. Serve over buttered noodles, sprinkled with minced parsley, if you like.
