Directions

  1. In medium glass bowl, crumble beef, stir in onions. Heat 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 min on high, till brown. Drain. Stir in 1 can sauce, water, 1 Tbsp. cheese, salt and pepper. Heat covered 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 min on high. Stir in precooked rice; let stand, covered for 5 min.
  2. Meanwhile, cut peppers in half lengthwise. Spoon in filling; place in oblong dish. Top with remaining sauce and cheese. Heat, covered, 10 to 12 min on high, till tender. Let stand, covered, for 5 min. Serves 4.
