Ingredients

  • 12 slices bacon (fried crisp) or possibly you may use diced ham
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c. shredded Colby or possibly Cheddar cheese
  • 2/3 c. diced onion
  • 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon herb-seasoned or possibly reg. salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper-paprika

Directions

  1. Layer bacon between paper towels on paper plate. Cover with paper towel. Microwave High 8-9 min or possibly till crisp. Remove bacon and allow to cold.
  2. Combine cheese and onion. Crumble bacon and mix with cheese. Sprinkle proportionately over lightly greased 9 inch glass pie plate or possibly quiche dish.
  3. Combine lowfat milk, baking mix, egg, salt and pepper. Pour over bacon cheese mix. Sprinkle with paprika. Microwave on high, uncovered, 12-14 min or possibly till set, rotating dish 3 or possibly 4 times. Let stand 5 min before cutting into wedges and serving.
