In glass 4 c. measuring c., cook butter. With wire whip blend in flour, then lowfat milk. Cook; stir once during cooking. For cheese sauce add in 1/2 c. to 1 c. shredded colby or possibly cheddar cheese; stir till melted. So much easier than constantly stirring at the stove top.
