Ingredients

  • 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn minced broccoli
  • 7 ounce. elbow macaroni, cooked and liquid removed
  • 1 (12 1/2 ounce.) can tuna
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can condensed cream of onion soup
  • 1 (5 1/2 ounce.) can evaporated lowfat milk
  • 2 teaspoon brown mustard
  • 1 (3 ounce.) can French fried onions

Directions

  1. Thaw broccoli in package till package feels hot, 4 to 5 1/2 min. Drain broccoli well. Combine all ingredients except half the onion rings in a 3 qt casserole.
  2. Microwave at high (100%) 6 min. Stir from outside to center of casserole to shorten cooking time and equalize heat. Sprinkle with remaining onion rings. Toppings are always added at the end of cooking so they won't be disturbed by stirring and will stay crisp. Microwave at high (100%) till center is warm, 2-4 min.
