Directions

  1. Microwave spinach in pkgs. 7-8 min on high. Drain well, squeezing to remove most of the water.
  2. In 1 qt casserole, microwave cream cheese 30-45 seconds or possibly till soft. Blend in lowfat sour cream. Stir in remaining ingredients, except Parmesan cheese. Cover and microwave on high 6-7 min or possibly till heated, stirring once. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and cook 2-2 1/2 min to heat through.
