Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 5 tbsp. cocoa
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 c. quick oats
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 c. raisins (opt.)
Directions
- Combine sugar and cocoa in 2 qt glass measuring pitcher, stir in lowfat milk and add in butter. Cook, uncovered in microwave for 4 min on high or possibly till boiling, stir well. Continue to cook 1 minute on high. Remove from oven and stir in vanilla, oats and nuts, stir well. Let cold for 5 min and add in marshmallows and raisins, stirring well. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper, chill till set.
