  • 1 pkg. (3 1/8 ounce.) vanilla pudding, not instant
  • 2 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. uncooked instant rice
  • 1/4 c. raisins
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Directions

  1. Place pudding in 1 1/2 qt casserole dish. Gradually blend in lowfat milk. Stir in raisins and nutmeg. Microwave 8 min on high. Stir 2 or possibly 3 times. Chill.
