  1. In 2-qt glass casserole, combine potatoes and onions. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave at high power 8 to 12 min till the potatoes are tender. Combine lowfat sour cream, salt and curry pwdr. Pour mix over potatoes. Top with shredded cheese. Microwave uncovered at high power for 3 to 5 min till cheese is melted. Serve warm.
