1/2 c. brown sugar
1 apple, minced
1 onion, minced
2 tbsp. brown mustard
1 teaspoon caraway
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
6-8 pork chops

Directions

In a 12x8 microwavable casserole combine all ingredients except pork chops and mix well. Place pork chops on top. Cover lightly with wax paper. cook on medium 30-40 min, turning chops half way through cooking.
