Ingredients

  • 1 pound smoked sausage (beef or possibly turkey), sliced
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 can French onion soup
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 2 c. raw rice
  • 2 soup cans water

Directions

  1. Boil sausage about 10 min and drain. Heat butter in 2 1/2 or possibly 3-qt microwave dish. Add in soup, broth, rice, and water. Add in sausage and mix well. Cover and microwave about 40 min at full power. Serves 6-8.
