  • 1 1/2 lbs. lean grnd beef
  • 1 c. cooked Minute Rice
  • 1/2 c. minced onion (1 sm.)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 clove chopped garlic
  • 2 teaspoon chili pwdr
  • 2 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon warm sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sweet basil
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 4 to 5 green peppers

Directions

  1. Cut off tops of peppers and remove seeds, wash out. Mix beef with rice and seasonings. Fill peppers with meat mix. Arrange snugly around edge of 3 qt casserole. Mix soup and water. Pour over and around peppers. COVER. Microwave on high 24 to 28 min, rotating dish after 12 min. Remove and let stand covered for 5 - 10 min before serving.
