Ingredients
- 3 whole chicken breasts, split, boned, skinned
- 3 slices Swiss cheese, cut in half
- 3 slices boiled ham, cut in half
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- Minced parsley
Directions
- Place chicken breasts, one at a time, between sheets of plastic wrap. Using the flat side of a meat mallet, lb. to 1/4" thickness. Roll each cheese slice into each ham slice. Then roll these into chicken pcs. Hold together with toothpicks. Brown in skillet in butter. Stir in soup and lowfat milk into a 2 qt glass baking dish. Arrange chicken rolls in dish. Microwave on HI for 12 min. Garnish with parsley.
