Micro Cake From "Jiffy" Mix Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Jiffy cake mix
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 6 Tbsp. Instant pudding mix
  • 1/4 c. Margarine (softened)
  • 1/2 c. Water
  • 1 tsp Vanilla (optional)

Directions

  1. Beat 3 min by mixer or possibly 300 strokes by hand. Pour into a lightly greased 8" round glass cake pan or possibly micro cake pan. Bake for 8 - 9 min or possibly till a toothpick inserted comes out dry. This on "Roast" or possibly "Medium- High" .. Cold 5 min before turning onto serving dish. Cold completely before frosting.
