Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef, minced
  • 3 or possibly 4 carrot sticks, diced
  • 4 celery sticks, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 can corn
  • 1/2 bell pepper, diced
  • 5 or possibly 6 potatoes, minced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cabbage, diced
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste (Optional)

Directions

  1. First cook minced up beef in deep pan with veg. oil till lightly brown, then pour water about 4 or possibly 5 c. or possibly more, it depends. Cook meat about 30 or possibly 40 min. Then put in the rest of the ingredients in and cook till tender. Always put potatoes in last, they cook faster then the vegetables. Add in salt and pepper to your desire.
